From humble beginnings, Macpro Appliances & Projects has expanded to become a leading domestic appliance repair company in South Africa with coverage across Gauteng.
Our excellent appliance technicians are fully equipped and trained to find the root cause of any faults, to ensure we get your appliances fixed in no time! If we are not able to repair your appliance due to the unavailability of parts, we will charge a call out fee and provide you with a damage report within five working days.

How do you know you’re calling the right company?
As a customer, you want to be dealing with a reliable business that is reputable and not a fly-by-night. At Macpro Appliances, we have a well-structured service solution that combines affordability, convenience and expertise.
We charge a flat rate, whether it takes us 45 minutes or 1h 30min to fix your appliance. Our team is on standby Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and Weekends we are closed. We’re always ready and available to assist you via phone or email. Generally, we give you a one hour window period for our technicians to arrive, as we know time is of the essence to get your appliances fixed!
We are committed to assisting in a way that is most convenient for you, as we understand many customers may not be at home during the daytime on a weekday. For this reason, we offer our services on a Saturday as well via Online request. WhatsApp, Email, Contact Form upon approval.
We also ensure that we carry the most common appliance spares and parts in our vehicles, so there is no need to do return trips, saving you time.


Our Procedure
We arrange for our technician to arrive at the time most convenient for you. You will receive a call 30 minutes before a technician arrives, meaning you don’t run the risk of missing our visit.
We carry a sufficient number of common appliance spare parts and tools in order to carry out the repair on the first visit.
A call out fee of R 570.00 is required in order to cover the expenses. This is payable via CASH, and EFT, with the proof of payment to be sent to: payments@macproappliances.co.za. Please note that all payments are COD. (Cash On Delivery)
For your peace of mind, we issue a 6 months warranty on your appliance repair.
Our team will always take care of your home and remove any packaging and unwanted spare parts when leaving.

When you bring your appliance to our workshop, we charge a non refundable assessment fee of R300. If for whatever reason we are not able to fix the appliance, we provide you with a damage report for insurance purposes.
While we aim to return your appliance to you in working order within 3 working days, please keep in mind that sometimes there are instances beyond our control. For example, sometimes we may need to order parts, which can take up to a week. However, we keep you in the loop at all times should there be a delay.
After running diagnostics on your appliance, Macpro will send you a quote within an average of 24 – 72 hours (3 working days). Often, the repairs are also accomplished in this time period.
From time to time, Macpro outlets do have loan machines available, specifically washing machines and fridges as these are regarded as essential appliances in modern society. A loan appliance is offered when and where available, and if the spares required to repair your appliance are expected to take longer than a week.
Macpro has access to many “GSH” (good second hand) parts. Macpro will, at times, also quote for repairs using these parts, primarily to reduce costs and secondly to repair where no spares are available.
Appointment Dates and Times
All technicians appointment dates and times are subject to availability. We may contact you and offer an alternative date or time should the need arise. By using this online facility, and arranging a technician visit, you have agreed to be present at the selected time and date. If you are not available for any reason, please call (012) 006 5119 as soon as possible to rearrange the visit. If you are not at home when the technician visits at the agreed time, we still charge you for the call-out fee, which we will send you an invoice and a picture of your house to prove we did call out at your premises.”
“Payment is due at the completion of the technician visit or the completion of the repair, whichever is later. We accept cash, EFT , Visa Debit, MasterCard. The following cards are not accepted: American Express, and Maestro International.
If you cancel this agreement and we have already started work on your order/service by that time, you will pay us any costs we reasonably incurred in starting to fulfil the agreement, and this charge will be deducted from any refund that is due to you or, if no refund is due to you, invoiced to you. We will tell you what these costs are when you contact us. Unfortunately, if you cancel this agreement and we have already dispatched your ORDER to you, we will not be able to cancel this agreement until it is delivered. In this case, if you return the ORDER to us, we will have to charge you the cost of collection or you will have to pay the cost of returning the ORDER back to us. This will not affect your refund for the ORDER, but any charge for collection will be deducted from the refund that is due to you.
If you do not make any payment due to us by the due date for payment, we may charge interest to you on the overdue amount at the rate of R250 PER 14 DAYS. From time to time. This interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You must pay us interest together with any overdue amount.
However, if you dispute an invoice in good faith and contact us to let us know promptly after you have received an invoice that you dispute it.
All Products over 30 days not paid, collected, customer failed to arrange delivery of their units quoted, arrangements being changed unnecessary or spares are discontinued but customer not collected their units even to arrange delivery. Will be sold to cover expenses.”
Yes, we certainly can. While we list most appliance brands on our website, there’s a chance yours may not be there. This doesn’t mean we can’t service it, though – simply don’t book it through online form, just call our Office for further assistance.
While we sincerely hope this will never be the case, our warranty covers you for a second collection, assessment and repair (free of charge) provided that the fault in question is due to a part that we replaced or repaired initially
